For buyer transactions, we follow the sale all the way from contract to close. In addition, we provide database management and calendar management including the coordination of important dates such as, deadlines, inspections, final w/t's, closings, anniversaries, etc.
For seller transactions, we provide front-end support which includes inputing listings into the MLS, submitting listing paperwork, uploading photos and supplements to MLS, linking lockbox in Supra, setting up ShowingTime, etc. Once a listing has sold we gather the signed paperwork and send it over to your settlement company.

We will need your login info for your preferred electronic signature platform (Dotloop or DocuSign) as well as, Command (if KW), MLS, Supra + your preferred home warranty company. We will obtain each of these logins via our secure, encrypted onboarding form which we will send to you.

It's easy! Simply go to the agent portal on our website and from there you can fill out the coversheets for each type of transaction. We'll take it from there!

We operate during normal business hours Monday through Friday, CST, excluding federal holidays and weekends. We may be available outside of these hours in case of an emergency.

We prefer to be reached via email or text and we will get back to you promptly during our normal business hours.

You will be charged 1/2 of our fee upfront (once a signed contract is received) and the remaining 1/2 after the transaction closes.

Buyer transactions are typically processed within a few hours, however during busy times please allow 24 business hours of us receiving a signed Purchase Agreement. As always, we do our best to get to them as soon as possible, especially the time sensitive items (TrustFunds link, PA to lender, etc.)!

For listings that need to go live, we please ask for plenty of heads-up. Since listings are time-sensitive, they require a bit more planning ahead on our end.

The simplest way is to forward us the gallery link that you receive from your photographer. Or you may give your photographer our email address to include once photos are ready. Easy peasy!
